Engr. Prof. Jude Ukusare is an accomplished engineer, scholar, and social entrepreneur committed to advancing leadership and good governance in Africa. With decades of experience spanning academia, public service, and civic initiatives, Prof. Ukusare blends technical expertise with a deep understanding of governance systems and community dynamics.
He founded the Institute for Leadership Development & Good Governance to institutionalize training, research and policy engagement around African leadership models, and launched the MELGON Empowerment Foundation to operationalize community-focused interventions in elderly care, women’s empowerment, youth development, environmental protection, and inmate advocacy.
